The goal of this initial meeting is to discuss broad strokes of your project and get oriented to what it might be like to work together. We focus less on details and more on the values and vision of the project. A gentle stress test on the budget and the vision helps us see if we are in alignment.

2 | Preconstruction

Preconstruction gives us an accurate picture of the true cost of the job based on design options. The preconstruction agreement guarantees time in my schedule to meet with you over the course of 3-4 months as we develop plans with an architect, determine the scope of work and selections.

If the top of your budget is $X,XXX,XXX, then that’s what we work with and revise the plans and scope of work accordingly.

Deliverables: Scope of Work, Budget, Production Schedule, Selection Schedule.

Cost: Variable based on the valuation of the project

3 | Construction

This is where all our careful planning is set into motion from permitting through final inspection.

We keep you informed with weekly production meetings where we discuss progress and navigate upcoming items in the production schedule.

Together we weigh and measure decisions with trust and care.

4 | post-construction

We review our journey together, making sure all expectations have been met, revisit warranty information and turn the space over to you to enjoy.
